Position: Accounts and Admin Executive
Job Responsibilites:
- Assist in daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and filing (hardcopy and softcopy) of accounting transactions
- Monitor daily cash balances, bank reconciliation and assist in other treasury activities
- Provide administrative support to Accounts and HR department
- Assist and participate in any ad-hoc tasks as required
- Able to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure independently in a team
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
